Eido Youth Access Programme: T&Cs

Youth Access Programme — Terms and Conditions

1. About the programme

1.1 The Youth Access Programme ("the Programme") is run by Cinematik Ltd ("Cinematik", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, Cinematik Limited, 35‑47 BETHNAL GREEN ROAD LONDON E1 6LA. It gives young people aged 25 or under the chance to attend selected screenings at no charge when they attend with a paying customer.

1.2 The Programme applies to bookings made through Cinematik's own ticketing at participating cinemas. It is not available for screenings sold through a cinema's own box office or website, or through any other ticket seller.

1.3 These terms apply in addition to Cinematik's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they conflict, these terms apply to the Programme.

2. Which screenings and cinemas

2.1 The Programme runs for screenings of English National Ballet presents The Sleeping Beauty taking place between 13th October 2026 and 17th October 2026 at participating cinemas. Participating screenings are marked on the booking page.

2.2 Cinematik may add or remove participating cinemas or screenings at any time. A cinema that stops participating does not affect a companion ticket already confirmed in a booking.

3. Who can attend on a companion ticket

3.1 A companion ticket is strictly for a young person aged 25 or under on the date of the screening.

3.2 The young person must attend with at least one paying customer from the same booking. A companion ticket cannot be used on its own.

3.3 Cinema staff may ask anyone who looks over 25 to show photo ID at the door. If the person attending on a companion ticket cannot show they are eligible, the cinema may refuse the companion admission. A full-price ticket may be bought instead, subject to availability.

3.4 Film age ratings still apply. A companion ticket does not allow anyone to attend a screening they are too young to see under the film's classification.

4. How the companion ticket works

4.1 To claim a companion ticket, book at least two tickets for a participating screening in one order and enter the Programme code at checkout.

4.2 Any ticket type counts as a paying ticket, including concession and senior tickets. A companion ticket is not a discount on a specific ticket type.

4.3 The companion ticket is the highest-priced ticket in your order, including any premium seat. Every other ticket in the order is charged at its normal price.

4.4 One companion ticket may be claimed per booking, and one per customer account.

4.5 No booking or handling fee is charged for the companion ticket. Where a booking fee applies to paying tickets at a cinema, it is included in the price shown for those tickets.

4.6 Companion tickets are limited. They are available while allocations last and may run out before the Programme end date.

4.7 The Programme code cannot be combined with any other discount code, offer or promotion on the same booking.

5. Confirming eligibility

5.1 When claiming a companion ticket, the person booking must confirm that the young person attending is aged 25 or under and that the information given is accurate.

5.2 Where the young person is aged 18 to 25 and is not the person booking, we may send a link for them to confirm their own eligibility and hold their ticket in their own account. The companion ticket remains part of the original booking.

5.3 Giving false information to claim a companion ticket may lead to the companion ticket being cancelled and admission refused. Cinematik may also close the customer account involved.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

6.1 A companion ticket has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit or any other ticket.

6.2 A companion ticket is tied to the paying tickets in the same booking. If the booking is cancelled or refunded, the companion ticket is cancelled with it.

6.3 If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled by the cinema, the paying tickets are handled under Cinematik's general Terms of Service. A companion ticket for a cancelled screening is cancelled; where a screening is moved, the companion ticket moves with the booking.

6.4 Cinematik may amend, suspend or withdraw the Programme at any time. This does not affect companion tickets already confirmed in a booking.

7. Your information

7.1 To run the Programme we record that a companion ticket was claimed, whether the young person is under 18 or aged 18 to 25, the date of that confirmation, and, if given, the relationship between the person booking and the young person. We do not keep the young person's date of birth.

7.2 If a young person aged 18 to 25 creates an account to hold their ticket, their account information is handled under Cinematik's Privacy Policy.

7.3 Cinematik shares with the cinema and the rights holder the same information about companion admissions as for any other ticket sold.

8. General

8.1 The Programme is provided by Cinematik. Participating cinemas and the rights holder are not responsible for the Programme or for these terms.

8.2 Cinematik's decision on any question about eligibility or the Programme is final.

8.3 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

8.4 Questions about the Programme: support@cinematik.app.
