Booking Fee
Every paid ticket bought through Cinematik includes a booking fee of £1.00. The fee covers payment processing and the cost of running our ticketing service.
The fee is already included in every price you see. The price shown next to a ticket, a seat or a seating tier is the full amount you pay, and no extra charge is added at checkout.
The fee is charged per ticket, not per order. There is no booking fee on any ticket issued at no charge, including free screenings and tickets covered by an offer. The same fee applies whether you book online or at the box office of a participating venue.
